- Sale of illegal/ banned items
- Attempt to list counterfeit products

- Are the images yours?
(Can you verify that the image was shot by you or did you pay a professional to do it on your behalf?) - Do you have the authorization to use the image?
(Has the brand or person whose image you intend to use permitted you to use their content?)
If you ticked NO to either of the above, chances are you are already infringing.
NOTE
Major electronics and lifestyle brands like Samsung, Apple, LG,etc., have official images for their products which may be used by resellers to promote, advertise, or market the products. This is usually found on the brands’ official websites.
If the content is used in the context listed above, it may not be considered an infringement.
